1. Requests
    1. We firmly believe in and stand behind our services, but we understand they may not be perfect for everyone all of the time. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us. You may only seek a refund if you meet the following conditions:
      1. you are within the first 14 days of the original purchase of a paid monthly or annual subscription to the contract builders (we will not grant refunds after the first 14 days of the original purchase); and
      2. your reason for requesting a refund is one of the following:
        1. you have purchased a monthly subscription and, after logging in and using the contract builders, you consider they will not work for your organisation as anticipated; or
        2. you have an issue that we are unable to resolve which makes the contract builders unusable for you (we may ask you questions regarding the nature of your refund request so we can improve our services in the future).
  2. Termination of licence
    1. You agree that, if you receive a refund, any licence you may have had relating to documents generated by our services will terminate immediately and automatically and you will no longer be permitted to use, copy or distribute them.
  3. No refunds for renewal payments or pay-per-builds
    1. We do not grant refunds on renewal payments or on individual pay-per-builds.
  4. Clause 13 of terms of use unaffected
    1. This refund policy does not limit clause 13 of our term of use.
