Child protection policy

  1. Child protection policy
    1. You acknowledge and agree that you:
      1. are a provider of children’s services as defined in section 15 of the Children’s Act 2014; and
      2. will comply with all applicable requirements of that Act, including:
        1. safety check requirements; and
        2. the requirement to adopt and comply with a child protection policy that accords with the requirements of section 19 of that Act.
    2. You agree to:
      1. provide a copy of your child protection policy to us within 5 Business Days of our written request; and
      2. review the policy at least once every three years to ensure it remains fit for purpose.
