Do you need a GMC for a department of the Crown or a non-Crown agency?

We provide two GMC builders: one for the Crown (e.g., a department or Ministry), the other for non-Crown agencies (e.g., Crown entities which are not part of the indivisible legal entity known as ‘the Crown’) . This is due to a small number of differences between the Crown and non-Crown versions of the GMC, and a few differences in the wording of our optional changes to the GMC’s Schedule 2 and our optional supplementary clauses.
